Services & Rates:

All services are 50 minutes in length, unless otherwise scheduled in advance for an extended session.

• Individual therapy $200

• Relationship therapy $230

• Family therapy $230

Payment:

I am an out-of-network provider, which means I do not bill insurance directly. This allows for greater privacy, flexibility, and autonomy in our work together. Payment is collected at the time of service. If you'd like to seek reimbursement from your insurance company, I can provide a Superbill (an itemized invoice) upon request. I recommend contacting your insurance provider in advance to ask about your out-of-network mental health benefits, as coverage varies.

Accepted payment methods: Cash, check, HSA/FSA cards, and all major credit cards.

If you are paying out-of-pocket, you have the right to request a Good Faith Estimate of expected costs. This will be provided when you schedule your intake appointment. Learn more here: CMS No Surprises Act

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full session fee. This policy helps preserve consistency and care for all clients. There are no exceptions to this policy.
